Wood Shop BBQ
Wood Shop BBQ is a taste of home for co-owner, Matt Davis, who originally hails from Salina, Kansas and grew up on local Kansas City style barbecue. He and his talented pit crew understand that the best flavor is nostalgia. While his roots are in Kansas, what Wood Shop does is anchored in traditional cooking styles from several of the best barbecue regions in the country using their 20 ft Texas offset pit, "Big Willy," to slow cook traditional cuts over post-oak and hickory.
