America's Largest Festival of Beef



Thank you for joining us for the second annual Cowabunga! We are excited to showcase you (and your delicious bites, drinks, and award-winning brunch cocktails) at our weekend of festivities!

At Seattle Met’s second annual Cowabunga Festival, we will bring together farmers, ranchers, distillers, winemakers, brewers, and you to celebrate Seattle’s culinary all-stars and Washington’s edible mecca!

What to bring:

Festival Management will provide booth tables and signage for all booths.

Each partner booth will be set with the following items upon arrival:

  • (2) 8’ Tables with linens

  • Hand washing station, paper towels, and bleach-bucket. (if cooking)

  • Trash can

  • Grey water, & cooking oil reciprocals will be on-site for disposal.

Restaurants will be asked to come prepared with the following:

  • 2oz Samples (including any toothpicks or other garnish) for all guests

  • Staff for cooking and assembling samples

  • Cooking equipment (pots, pans, spatulas, grill brushes, knives, etc.)

  • Thermometers to make sure all food items are kept at safe-handling temperatures through- out the entire event.

Cooking Equipment Rentals

Grills, convection ovens, fryers, etc. will be provided. Cooking equipment requests should be submitted to Shaina by September.


A Certificate of Insurance will be needed from anyone with a booth at the event. Please make sure to include all of the following as certificate holders:
